About the Author

 Donna Medina, MS, C-EP is a board-certified exercise physiologist with a Master’s in Exercise Science and more than 20 years of experience helping people move better, age stronger, and manage their health with confidence.

Her work focuses on using evidence-based movement strategies to support people living with chronic conditions such as arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, cardiovascular concerns, and mobility-limiting injuries.

Donna’s approach blends science with practicality—making mobility accessible to everyone, whether in clinical settings, assisted living communities, or at home. Through her programs, workshops, and writing, she has helped countless individuals protect their independence, reduce fall risk, and stay strong at every stage of life.
